Green Systems' CO Control Technology employs a unique catalyst coated on robust metallic-mixer metallic substrate. The catalyst has been tried and tested in medium and heavy stationary industrial applications for several years. The unique metallix mixer design on the catalyst ensures long term the structural integrity of the catalyst along with its high activity.
Another rather unique feature about this technology is use of high density multi-channel ceramic bead heaters to pre-treat the exhaust (if required). This innovative heater design can condition the exhaust from room temperature to optimum catalytic temperature in less than 2 minutes. This substantially minimizes start-up time thereby making the after treatment process "Green" in a real sense. Each heater is custom-designed and fabricated based on customers' process specifications. This allows the customer to tie their production one to one with their control unit.
The units typically have thermocouples embedded throughout the device to ensure uniform thermal management and easy recording of reporting parameters based on customer's air permit.
Green Systems' CO Units use high quality engineered materials. They are equipped with stainless steel piping/fitting network embedded with top of the line Allen Bradley PLC and HMI controls. These units are manufactured locally in the US.
